To produce an earthquake damping laminated rubber support by making it possible to enhance productivity by shortening a vulcanizing time, and uniformizing the rubber thickness of a laminate of an unvulcanized rubber sheet and an intermediate steel plate to produce a laminated rubber support according to a plan, and further preventing over-vulcanization to uniformly vulcanize and mold the whole of a laminated rubber support.
Intermediate steel plates 2 are arranged on the upper and rear surfaces of an unvulcanized rubber sheet 1 to be held between heat sources 6a, 6b such as heating plates and heated and pressed for a definite time to be integrally vulcanized to produce a laminated rubber intermediate 8. Subsequently, the unvulcanized rubber sheets 1 and the intermediate steel plates 2 are respectively arranged on both surfaces of the laminated rubber intermediate 8 to be integrally vulcanized and molded. This process is successively repeated until a laminated rubber support product is completed to produce an earthquake damping laminated rubber support.
