PURPOSE: To quickly send the content of video software having a new value at a low communication cost by sending an edit list by a management code to a viewing device, using video and audio software prepared in advance based on the editing list by the viewing device and editing the video.
CONSTITUTION: An editing device 100 adds respective management codes to a video source and audio source on market and transfers the content to an audio visual device 200 in advance, then the audio visual device 200 receiving it gives a management code designated to each source. Then the editing device 100 designates a broadcast subjected to video recording and audio recording to the audio visual device 200 in response to the content desired by the device 200. Then the both add a code of the broadcast station and a time code based on an accurate date to the broadcast of the same content as a management code to apply video recording or audio recording. Thus, the quantity is less in comparison with the quantity of the entire transfer via communication and the transfer time and the communication cost are reduced.
