Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an electret by simultaneously applying charges having opposite polarities to both sides of a dielectric material and be treated and provide a production apparatus.
SOLUTION: This production process comprises (1) a step to supply an ion from a 1st ion-generating means 21 to a space between a 1st ion-repulsing electrode 41 and a dielectric material 11 placed between the 1st ion-repulsing electrode 41 and a 1st ion-attracting electrode 42 and transfer the generated ion to the dielectric material and (2a) a step to supply an ion from a 2nd generating means 22 to a space between a 2nd repulsing electrode 42 and the dielectric material 11 and transfer the ion having polarity opposite to the polarity of the ion of the step 1 to the dielectric material or (2b) a step to supply ions from the 2nd generating means placed opposite to the 1st repulsing electrode and transfer the ion having polarity opposite to the ion generated by the 1st generating means to the dielectric material by the attracting force of the charged dielectric material.
