PURPOSE: To economically and inexpensively supply an element member for a micro-machine in large quantities.

CONSTITUTION: A large-scaled material 10 wherein the cross-sectional shape of an element member for a micro-machine is simllarily magnified is molded and the groove part, opening part and hollow part of the cross section of the large-scaled material 10 are filled with a filler 11 while the outer periphery of the large-scaled material 10 is covered with a cover material. This large- scaled material 10 is subjected to extrusion, drawing and wire drawing processings up to a predetermined dimension and the processed material is subjected to twisting processing if necessary. After the cover material 12 and the filler 11 are removed, the formed member is passed through a fluid containing hard fine particles.
