Title:
PRODUCTION OF ENAMEL MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3368173
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an enamel plate capable of reproducing extremely fine photographic images by using a photographic transfer sheet.
SOLUTION: In the case where holes 9 for hanging by hooks are formed on a base metallic plate 3 to be formed with an enamel layer on its front surface, the metallic plate having a length L=1500 to 3500 mm and width W=300 to 100 mm is used and about seven holes 9 for a hanging part are formed in its upper part. The positions of these holes 9 of the hanging part are determined by first forming the first hole 9 in the position of a size Y1=30 to 150 mm in a hanging direction within a size X1=100 mm in a longitudinal direction from the end, then forming another hole 9 apart a spacing of a size X2=200 to 500 mm in the longitudinal direction. The load of the base metallic plate 3 exerted on the one hole 9 is confined to ≤1 kg.
