Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an enameled member capable of reproducing an extremely delicate photographic picture using a photographic transfer sheet.
SOLUTION: A photographic transfer sheet is stuck with water on the sticking part 3 of an enameled plate whitened by a white coating cover 4 as shown in stage S10, dried and then baked as stage S11. In the first-stage baking, the temp. is gradually raised to 500-650°C in 5hr, and, in the second stage, the temp. is continuously raised at a higher rate than in the first stage without returning the temp. to ordinary temps. to bake up the sheet, and the picture, pattern, etc. of the sheet are faithfully reproduced without being affected by the substrate.
