Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing an enameled sheet by which a delicate photographic picture is reproduced by the use of a photographic transfer sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A coating film not vaporized at the temp. in normal firing is formed on the surface of a photographic transfer sheet in order that the same gloss as the enameled sheet is secured and the wear resistance of the sheet is improved. The transfer sheet is stuck with water to the sticking part of the enameled sheet, dried, then slowly heated and temporarily fired at a temp. lower than in the normal firing for a long time to surely fix the transfer sheet. The delicate picture, pattern, etc., are then reproduced, and the normal firing is applied.
