Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an essential oil having a specific and good taste by uniformly baking from inside to outside of oil seeds in a shot time, by baking the oil seeds with microwave irradiation and pressing the seeds.
CONSTITUTION: After oil seeds are baked by irradiating microwaves to the oil seeds, the baked oil seeds are pressed to obtain the objective essential oil. Here, it is preferable to bake the oil by direct fire at the same time by microwave irradiation and use rapeseed, soybean, safflower, etc., as oil seeds.
