Abstract:
To provide a producing method for an expanded molding in which a producing process is simplified and a cost is lowered and also quality is stabilized by unnecessitating a mold release agent and solving several nonconformity attending on application of the mold release agent.
A resin film 2 is clad to the mold face 14 of the cover mold 1b of a split mold 1 and furthermore an insert 3 is set on the resin film 2. Then, a foaming raw material in a prescribed amount is poured into a cavity 1 and thereafter the split mold is closed and expansion molding is performed to integrate the foaming raw material with the insert 3. After the split mold is opened, the resin film 2 is peeled off.
