Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix a preventive agent against explosive fracture in only a surface layer concrete by providing a form so as to surround an objective installation place of a structure and placing concrete in the form after the preventive agent against explosive fracture has been stuck on the inside face of the form.
SOLUTION: A form 2 is arranged to surround the objective installation place S of a concrete structure 1. An adhesive is applied on the inside face 2a of the form 2 to form an adhesive layer 6 and thereafter, synthetic fiber 8 such as polypropylene is stuck on the adhesive layer 6. Further, after reinforcements 3 have been arranged inside the form 2, concrete 4 is placed inside the form 2 and cured. Then, a concrete structure 1 including a synthetic fiber 8 can be formed on the surface of the concrete 4. In this way, the synthetic fiber 8 can be mixed in only the surface layer of the concrete 4 and the mixing quantity of the synthetic fiber 8 can be reduced while realizing a favorable preventive effect against explosive fracture.
