Title:
PRODUCTION OF FABRIC COATED WITH POLYESTER-BASED COATING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0718582
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a fabric coated with a polyester- based coating, excellent in an effect capable of preventing a disperse dye of a base fabric from moving to the coating layer of a polyurethane resin or a polyaminoacid urethane resin and contaminating the coating layer with the disperse dye.

CONSTITUTION: An electron beam-crosslinked monomer is applied to a polyester- based fiber fabric dyed with a disperse dye and the fiber fabric containing the monomer is irradiated with electron beam in an atmosphere having ≤500ppm oxygen concentration to subject the monomer to crosslinking polymerization, and then, a coating resin solution comprising a synthetic polymer consisting mainly of a polyurethane resin or a polyaminoacid urethane resin is applied thereto to form a coating film.
