Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain stone wash-tone fabric of unlevel dyeing tone rich in change of surface by napping fabric made of specific polyester spun yarn and dyeing.
CONSTITUTION: Spun yarn obtained by setting at ≤100°C twist of polyester spun yarn having ≥6% dry heat shrinkage percentage at 180°C and ≥6.0 number of twist is used as warp and woven to produce fabric having weaving texture so as to form warp float structure. Then the fabric is napped by sand paper, dyed, orientation of fluff is made random and simultaneously the fabric is subjected to crease processing to give stone wash-tone fabric expressing luster of unlevel drying tone by anisotropy of fluff.
