To impart air cleaning effect, water purifying effect, the effect of radiating far infrared radiation or the like of HIRATU feldspar to products by using feldspar-mixed metal obtd. by mixing molten HIRATU feldspar to molten metal and forming various products.

HIRATU feldspar has an air purifying effect of reducing CO, CO2 or NOx or SOx in the air. Furthermore, in the case of being poured into city water, it removes residual chlorine and furthermore has antibacterial and deodorizing effects. Moreover, high far infrared radiation is radiated from HIRATU feldspar. Since the melting temp. of this feldspar is 1250 to 1350°C, it is melted and is mixed into iron in a molten state, by which feldspar-mixed iron or mixed iron formed products imparted with the characteristics of HIRATU feldspar can be made. Furthermore, the mixing ratio is not particularly limited, but, by incorporating it by about 10 to 20wt.% into iron, the effects characteristic of HIRATU feldspar can be shown with the highest efficiency.
