PURPOSE: To easily, safely and economically produce a fertilizer from corruptive refuse.

CONSTITUTION: Corruptive refuse such as garbage is stored in a vessel contg. water, and rice bran is further added to the refuse. The contents of the vessel are transferred to a mixer, sufficiently agitated, mixed and pulverized to prepare a slurry. An appropriate amt. of wooden chips are mixed in the slurry, and the mixture is contained in a PE bag and allowed to stand. The corruption and decomposition of the refuse are promoted by the rice bran in the bag, and the nutrient generated from the refuse is absorbed by the wooden chips. The wooden chips function as the fertilizer.
