Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fiber cement panel capable of withstanding practical use by reducing the lowering of strength and making the bonding strength of single layer mats even if asbestos is used in a small amt (5wt.% or less) or not used at all.
SOLUTION: A cement slurry layer 6 is formed on a fiber cement single layer mat 4 in a wet state formed by a wet papermaking method by using a cement slurry containing β-1,3-glucan and the whole is taken up by a making roll 8 to be made multilayered to form a sheet 9. This sheet 9 is cut and dried.
