Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber sheet composite having a flexible feeling and no micropores, which is produced in a state that a liquid composition is stable, a sharp heat sensitive gelation occurs at a urethane resin concentration ranging from a low concentration to a high one and an aqueous urethane resin filled among fibers forms uniform micropores.
SOLUTION: This fiber sheet composite is produced by impregnating (i) a substrate cloth made of fiber materials with (ii) a aqueous resin composition or by applying (ii) and aqueous resin composition to (i) a substrate cloth made of fiber materials, and the by thermal gelation with steam, wherein the aqueous resin composition comprises (A) an aqueous urethane resin in which both carboxyl and nonionic hydrophilic groups exist in one molecule or a urethane resin having carboxyl group in one molecule is forcedly dispersed through a nonionic emulsifier, (B) an inorganic salt and (C) a nonionic surfactant having a cloud point.
