Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a filler lens sufficiently developing the lens effect of a filler and continuously holding this optical characteristic even under a high temp. and high humidity condition.
SOLUTION: A bonding layer 2 containing at least a radiation curable resin is laminated on a substrate directly or through other layer and a blow is given to a filler by external force through a pressure medium to embed the filler 3 in the surface layer of the bonding layer 2 so that the filler is partially projected from the surface of the bonding layer 2 and, after the bonding layer is cured, the excessive filler bonded to the laminate thus obtained is removed to produce a filler lens.
