Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing device for a fish cake which flexibly copes with the production amount of fish cakes and the heating capacity of a high-frequency heater and continuously produces the fish cakes at a low cost without deteriorating the value of merchandise.
SOLUTION: A forming jig 6 to be packed with the material 2 for fish cakes is fixed to a carrying device 11 to successively transport the jig 6 to the heating part 12 of the high-frequency device and the material 2 is packed to the jig 6 by a material packing device 7 before the jig 6 enters the part 12. Then the opening of the jig is automatically covered and shifted to the part 12 to pass through and then excludes the fish cake.
