Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the flat heat exchange tube having sufficient pressure proof.
SOLUTION: The flat heat exchange tube is produced by brazing a plate- shaped lower constituting member 10 comprising a lower wall forming part 11, left/right wall forming parts integrally formed as erecting upward to the lower wall forming part 11 and a reinforcing wall forming part 13 integrally formed as projecting upward to the lower wall forming part 11 and a plate- shaped upper constituting member 20 comprising a brazing sheet having a brazing filler metal layer on its bottom face and having an upper wall forming part 21 mounting on both side wall forming parts 12 of the lower constituting part 10. The bottom face of the upper wall forming part 21 of the upper constituting member 20 is roughed to produce a scratch 23 to oxidized film. After tack welding of both upper/lower constituting members 10, 20, both constituting members 10, 20 are brazed.
