PURPOSE: To obtain a composition capable of giving a molded article free from fish-eye and discoloration, by mixing a vinyl chloride resin prepared by emulsion polymerization or fine suspension polymerization in the state of resin paste with a flexible thermoplastic resin, thereby enabling the kneading of both components in one step in a short time.

CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin prepared by emulsion polymerization or fine suspension polymerization is kneaded with 20W300pts.wt. of a flexible thermoplastic resin selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polycaprolactone, caprolactone-dicarboxylic acid-diol copolymer, and a thermoplastic polyurethane. A paste resin having particle diameter of ≤5μ, preferably about 0.05W3μ is used as the vinyl chloride resin.
