PURPOSE: To obtain a natural food, sherbet or ice cream, made of carrot as the main material, enabling the intake of various kinds of nutrients at the same time and having mild, pleasant and plain taste.

CONSTITUTION: This food is prepared as follows: 400g of carrot is cooked and stirred in a mixer with water to make it a paste; gelatin is cooked with water in a pot; the dissolved gelatin is added with sugar, the above obtained paste of carrot, condensed milk and water; the mixture is added with corn starch dissolved in water in the pot; the mixture is cooked under stirring until it boils followed by cooling; and the obtained material is stirred under freezing.
