Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for mass-producing fried bar fillet having a fixed weight and shape without causing waste.

CONSTITUTION: A raw material for fried fillet is packed into a casing, frozen, made into a bar formed material and half thawed. The casing is removed, the formed material is cut into a proper size, inserted into a dividing device equipped with a square blade part having plural cutting edges arranged at proper intervals and a pressing part having gaps into which the cutting edges are introduced and pressed against the plural cutting edges to give bar materials divided into plural parts.
