Abstract:
To provide a method to produce a high precision gear for a gear pump by devising a low cost press working method.
The method consists of a first process to blank an outer gear formed with a round for its outside shape and a gear at its inside from a flat sheet, a second process to punch the outer circumference of an inner gear 102 formed with a gear at the outer circumference from a member punched from the outer gear and having an punched inner tooth and a third process to form an outer circumference part and boss part by shearing a center part under a state that the outer circumference part of the inner gear 102 is mounted to a female die 15 formed with a relief angle θ3.
