Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a granular soap having high bulk specific gravity to enable the storage in a narrow space, easily soluble in water and generating little dust.
CONSTITUTION: A soap composition having a water-content of ≤15wt.% is extruded in the form of a rod or needle at ≤55°C and granulated with a high- speed rotary crusher granulator provided with a rotary blade to obtain the objective granular soap.
