Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attach plug sockets, switches, etc., to lightweight studs or wooden channel columns easily without using a connection box by a method wherein connecting elements which are connected to the lightweight studs and an attachment frame which is extended from the connecting elements so as to be bent are provided.
CONSTITUTION: A connecting element 1 has a contact plate 1A which contacts the outside of the edges of the opening of a lightweight stud P, a fitting piece 1B which is made to protrude from the contact plate 1A so as to be fitted to the opening of the lightweight stud P and a retaining piece 3 which is attached to the contact plate 1A so as to rotate freely and is retained with the inside of the edges of the opening of the lightweight stud P. The band-shaped retaining piece 3 is fixed to the connecting element 1 with a fixing screw 5 so as to rotate freely and, further, the eccentric part of the retaining piece 3 is connected to a swinging bar 4 which is moved along a circular-arc shaped operating hole 1D formed in the plane part of the touching plate 1A. An attachment frame 2 has a mounting hole 2A through which plug sockets, switches, etc., are directly mounted and a plurality of screw holes 2B with which the mounting positions of the plug sockets, switches, etc., can be adjusted. With this constitution, the plug sockets, switches, etc., can be attached without using a connection box.
