Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent mixture of dust or water into a push button switch by covering a polymer material with a grip skin produced by an injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A core bar 120 molded in the same form as a grip shaft 12 is set into a hole of a grip core body 11 where the shaft 12 is set. Under such conditions, a flexible polymer material is injected to the outer circumference surface parts of the core bar 120 and the body 11. Then only the core bar 120 is pulled out of the body 11 in a state where the outer circumference surface parts of the core bar 120 and the body 11 are covered with a grip skin 10. The shaft 12 containing a push button switch 2 connected with an electrical wiring 3 at the inside of its upper end is set into an empty hole of the body 11. Thus it is possible to avoid the incomplete contact or insulation of a switch contact due to mixture of dust or water and to increase the strength of the skin 10.
