Abstract:

To provide a method for producing health liquor by immersing a raw material such as herb or fruit into distilled liquor such as Japanese distilled liquor.

A raw material of herb, fruit seed, etc., in an amount of 10-60wt.%, 89.9-37wt.% distilled liquor having 25-35° alcohol content and 0.1-3wt.% water-soluble mineral-containing liquid are charged into a vessel and then the vessel is hermetically sealed and the raw material in the vessel is well mixed with distilled wine and water-soluble mineral-containing liquid and the mixture is allowed to stand. According to the producing method, health liquor can be nicely drunk in a short time and inexpensive health liquor can lightly be obtained.
