Abstract:

PURPOSE: To readily obtain a healthy food, having high effects on constipation, promotion of the health, etc., and lightly ingestible at any time at a low cost.

CONSTITUTION: An egg and a garlic are prepared at 60-130g garlic to 1 egg and the garlic is previously stewed to prepare a starchy paste. Egg yolk is then added and mixed with the paste. The resultant mixture is then further stewed to prepare a clayey dough for a healthy food, which is rounded into a granular shape and tableted.
