PURPOSE: To obtain a healthy salt with excellent anti-oxidation property, by washing a raw salt, drying at a pre-determined low temperature, pulverizing, and mixing with a suitable amount of fossil shell calcium, etc., to prevent development of an electromagnetism by keeping as cationic, and to neutralize an oxygenic poison caused by a strongly alkaline hydrogen peroxide.

CONSTITUTION: To obtain the objective healthy salt by washing a raw salt, but not washing a pulverized salt, drying at a low temperature lower than 40°C, pulverizing it to approximately 100 mesh, and mixing a fossil shell calcium of 0.5-18% and magnesium chloride of 0.5-1% to keep as cationic and to prevent development of electromagnetism. It is preferable to produce the healthy salt by using an ionization preventing low temperature drying equipment 2, which is constructed with a drying room 2A, a heater 2B which is connected to the drying room 2A, a dehumidifier 2C which is set in the drying room 2A, an exhaust pipe 2D which is set as connecting the drying room 2A and connects to outside air, and a stand for the raw salt 2E which is set in the drying room 2A.
