Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing urethane elastic yarn having excellent heat stability by a melt spinning method stably, industrially and advantageously.
CONSTITUTION: In producing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastic material by melt spinning, a molten polyurethane is mixed with 15-40wt.% of a prepolymer compound which is polymerized from a dihydric polyol component, a trihydric polyol component and an isocyanate component in the ratio of the number of mols (the ratio of the number of mols used) of the dihydric polyol component to that of the trihydric polyol component used in the polymerization of 8/2 to 5/5 and the ratio of (R ratio) of the number of mols of OH groups contained in the polyol components to that of NCO groups contained in the isocyanate component of 2-4 and spun.
