PURPOSE: To produce a high-pressure rubber hose capable of preventing meandering caused by pressurization and also of enhancing braiding continuity by cooling inner face rubber so as to be cured until the position approaching a mandrel and heating this inner face rubber at such a degree that only the outer surface is softened and braiding a reinforcing layer on the outer surface thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Inner face rubber 2 is cooled by a cooler 3 so as to be cured to the position approaching a mandrel 1. This inner face rubber 2 is heated by a heating device 6 at such a degree that only the outer surface is softened. Thereafter a reinforcing layer 5 is braided on the outer surface thereof. Inner face rubber 2 is properly blown out at a time for braiding this reinforcing layer and thereby both the reinforcing layer 5 and the inner face rubber 2 are integrated. As a result, impulse performance and braiding dimension are made stable and meandering caused by pressurization is effectively prevented and also braiding continuity can be enhanced.
