Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently add a mineral component and dissolve it.
CONSTITUTION: By using an ion exchange means 21 for ion-exchanging to lower the pH of passing-through water and a mineral addition means 23 for adding a mineral component to the passing-through water, the water passed through the ion-exchange means 21 is then passed through the mineral addition means 23, thus the pH of the water passing through the mineral addition means 23 is previously lowered by passing through the ion exchange means 21, and as a result, dissolution of the added mineral component is accelerated.
