Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out uniform heating in a short time and to produce high- quality roasted coffee beans having extracted characteristics of raw material coffee beans as much as possible, by heating coffee beans in a roasting process by the use of dielectric heat generation.
CONSTITUTION: In producing roasted coffee beans by roasting raw material coffee beans by heating, heating in a roasting process is carried out by using dielectric heat generation. For example, microwave is generated by a magnetron for continuous wave and the raw material coffee beans are irradiated with the microwave.
