Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a production process for pulp of good defibration properties in order to produce regenerated highly transparent paper without use of synthetic polymer substances.
CONSTITUTION: In the production of highly transparent paper from pulp of vegetable fibers, beating is effected in the presence of cellulolytic enzymes of 2,500 to 3,000U/ml CMC activity in an amount of 0.01 to 0.2wt.% based on the pulp.
