PURPOSE: To produce a hologram of high precision by positioning a producing light with a jig where a photomask provided with a pinhole is set to a guide hole preliminarily positioned on a disk.
CONSTITUTION: A disk 2 where a photomask 4 is set to a guide hole 3 is centered and placed on a boss 1, and two hologram producing light beams 6 and 7 are so controlled that they are made incident on a pinhole 5 of the photomask 4, and their optical axes are set. Optical axes of two objective lenses are aligned to those of optical beams 6 and 7, and they are moved on optical axes to perform the control. The disk 2 is replaced with a substrate 8 for disk on which a photosensitive material is coated, and light beams 6 and 7 are projected to form a hologram on the photosensitive material on the substrate 8. The substrate 8 is rotated together with the boss 1 to repeat the same exposure.
