PURPOSE: To integrally mold a blow molded object and a hose and to dispense with a clip while reducing the number of assembling processes.

CONSTITUTION: A hose 1 is arranged in parisons 30,31 to be grasped by a mold through the parisons and the surface of the hose 1 is locally pressed by the protruding parts 22 provided to the molding surface of the mold to be elastically deformed into a recessed shape. In this state, the parisons are subjected to blow molding not only to fix a shape having recessed parts 10 locally by the solidified parisons but also to integrally bond a blow molded object and the hose 1. Since the blow molded object and the hose are elastically brought into contact and engagement with each other by an uneven surface, they are integrally bonded and, since the recessed parts 10 are locally formed, the relative movement of the hose and the blow molded object in the axial and circumferential directions thereof is also prescribed.
