Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce the extrusion molded product high in denseness and in explosion resistance and excellent flame retardance and mechanical characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: 100 Pts.wt. of a hydraulic inorganic material containing 8-20wt.% of silica having a particle diameter of 100-600μm, 0.5-5 pts.wt. of pulp and water are mixed, kneaded, extrusion-molded with an extruder, and subsequently cured under pressing and heating to produce the extrusion molded product having a bulk specific gravity of 1.6-2 and excellent in an explosion resistance. The further addition of 1-30wt.% of wollastonite to the hydraulic raw material improves the mechanical properties of the products.
