Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce a hydroxyloted fluoroolefin copolymer in good reproducibility without causing gelation during polymerization or without remarkably increasing the dispersity. CONSTITUTION:A process for producing a hydroxylated fluoroolefin copolymer by using a floroolefin and a hydroxyated vinyl monomer as essential monomer components, wherein the monomer mixture is radical-polymerized in the presence of an amine and an alkali metal carbonate and/or an alkaline earth metal carbonate.
