Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject novel confectionery giving mellow taste and smooth eating feel like ice cream through such processes that cracked ice is spiked with sugar, jam, etc. while stirring, and when said cracked ice is melted to a limited extent due to the stirring to give viscosity, the mixture is poured into a confectionery mold to perform shaping. CONSTITUTION:First, cracked ice is spiked with, while stirring, sugar, jam, custard cream and/or chocolate. Thence, when said cracked ice is melted to a limited extent due to the stirring to give viscosity, the mixture is shaped to a specified form in a confectionery mold.
