Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an immunologically reactive cell sensitized to an antigenic marker related to malignant tumor, to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the cell, and to provide a method for treating the malignant tumor.

CONSTITUTION: This method for producing an immunologically reactive cell in vitro comprises collecting the self monocytes of a tumor patient, removing suppresser T cells, suspending the monocytes preferably in a self serum originated from the patient and subsequently culturing the monocytes of the patient under conditions for activating and immunologically sensitizing the monocytes against the tumor of the patient.
