Title:
PRODUCTION OF INORGANIC HOLLOW PARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3254986
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce inexpensive inorganic hollow particles having nearly equal performance to a conventional natural mineral from incineration ash of a waste material, and capable of recycling.
SOLUTION: The incineration ash of the waste material incorporating at least 0.8wt.% of one or more kinds among Fe, Cu, Ti, Mn and Zn is melted under a non-oxidation atmosphere to produce a melted body and subsequently this melted body is cooled and produces a amorphous body. Besides, the amorphous body is pulverized and formed into a granular body and then the granular body is heated under an oxidation atmosphere and the amorphous body is reacted with atmosphere gas to produce shell substance and also gas is released to be foamed and thereby the inorganic hollow particles is produced.
