To reduce a cost and to eliminate image unevenness when the images are transferred by putting a resin film formed by inflation onto a roll-like rigid body, then heating the rigid body by heat treatment and further rubbing the same by a roll existing on the front surface side of a belt.
The tubular film 302 which has folds and is formed by inflation is put onto a cylinder 301 consisting of the roll-like rigid body. Next, the cylinder is heated. The heating method of this time includes a method of heating the cylinder 301 itself, a method of placing the cylinder 301 put with the film 302 into the heating atmosphere of an oven, etc., a method of heating the film surface with a drier, etc. Next, the film 302 is tightly adhered to the cylinder 301 and thereafter, a pressurizing roll 303 is rotated while being pressed to the front surface side of the tubular film 302, by which the roll is rubbed to the film and the film is simultaneously heated. The film free of a difference in level by the folds is obtained by executing such treatment.
