Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently execute cutting of the cavity part recessed and formed on the rear surface side of the head.
SOLUTION: A rotary cutting tool 30 having the form integrated with a first conical blade part 31 and a second columnar blade part 32 to two stages in such a manner that blade plane angles θ1, θ2 vary from each other is used in this process for production. The inner peripheral flank 3a on the head sole side of the recessed part 2 on the rear surface side of the head molding 1 roughly finished and molded by the first conical blade part 31 and second columnar part 32 of this rotary cutting tool 30 is machined to an overhang surface shape and the other toe heal side and top blade side inner peripheral flanks 3b, 3c continuous from the inner peripheral flank of the overhang are machined to an upright surface shape by the second columnar part 32 of the rotary cutting tool 30.
