Abstract:

To produce an Fe-Co series magnetic alloy having excellent mechanical properties as well as good magnetic properties.

At the time of producing an Fe-Co series magnetic alloy, a primary stage in which an Fe-Co series magnetic alloy stock in which the content of Co is regulated to, by weight, 30 to 65% is heated at 1273 to 1623 K to form its metallic structure into the one of the γ single phase, a secondary stage in which the cooling rate C1 is set to 20 K/h to 0.5 K/s, and the stock is slowly cooled to the region of them single phase and a third stage in which the stock is subjected to magnetic annealing treatment of executing heating at 1073 to 1143 K are executed in succession.
