To provide a laminate such as a door trim in which the base material and a skin medium are unified in a simple process without forming the skin medium into a sheet shape and to prevent the appearance of the finished laminate from being deteriorated by preventing formation of a flow mark on the surface of the skin medium.
A base material 11 formed into the shape of a door trim is set on a top force 32. On one side, molten resin 12melt is supplied to a bottom force 31 adjusted at a temperature of a prescribed range. Molten resin 12melt is spread on the surface of the base material 11 by overlapping and pressing the top force 32 and the bottom force 31, solidified and molded and simultaneously both the base material 11 and the surface material 12 are stuck. Sticking of the base material and the skin medium is performed by a bonding means, a melt-sticking means and a means for utilizing anchor effect.
