PURPOSE: To provide the above production process a laminated panel composed of a lightweight foamed concrete panel and a natural stone panel used for external walls, floors, and partition plates of buildings, by firmly combining a lightweight foamed concrete panel with a natural stone panel.

CONSTITUTION: Saw-toothed nipping claws 4 are formed at the bottom side, directing from the surface of a lightweight foamed concrete panel 1 into the inside and a driving plate 3, the whole of which is bent to form waves is driven. And a fitting plate 5 provided on the upper surface of the driving plate 3 is superimposed on the lightweight foamed concrete panel 1 to define the same plane with the concrete panel. In this case, the reinforcing steel rod 2 in the lightweight foamed concrete panel 1 is nipped by the nipping claw 4 and sometimes the contacting part is welded. And a natural stone plate 6 is pasted on the surface of the lightweight foamed concrete panel 1 by fixing the plate 6 on the fitting plate 5.
