PURPOSE: To avoid impurities from being stuck on a step compensation sheet and to prevent a gap from being caused between the layers by utilizing a method in which the step compensation sheet is coated and protected with a base material film and then the said sheet is punched and worked together with a ceramic green sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A laminate is obtained by forming a step compensation sheet 2 described hereunder on a base material film 1 made of a polyester film. The step compensation sheet 2 is obtained by shape-retaining ceramic powder which is roasted in the case of roasting a ceramic green sheet 3 by a thermosensitive fluid agent and a polymer binder. The adhesion between both is regulated to (5-250)g/25mm on the basis of 180° peel value (300mm/min peeling velocity). Then a laminated sheet 4 is obtained by contact-bonding the above-mentioned laminate on one side of the ceramic green sheet 3 via the step compensation sheet side 2. Through-holes 5 are punched and worked for the laminated sheet 4. Then after the base material film 1 is removed, conductive powder patterns 6 are formed on the ceramic green sheet 3. This ceramic green sheet 3 is laminated to the face side for forming the conductive powder pattern 6 of the other ceramic green sheet 7 via the side of the step compensation sheet 2 being in a state wherein the base material film 1 is removed.
