Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure an excellent workability in a state of a ready mixed concrete and produce a light-weight foamed concrete having a low specific gravity and a high strength.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a light-weight foamed concrete is to mix mixing air bubbles in a ready mixed concrete composed of an inorganic hydraulic binder and an artificial light-weight aggregate and cast the resultant material into a mold. In this production method, the aggregate contains a fine aggregate component having ≤5mm particle diameter in an amount of 5 to 30vol% based on the ready mixed concrete and the amount of the mixed air bubbles is 10 to 30vol% based on the ready mixed concrete not containing an air bubble.
