This production line management system (10) is provided with a plurality of devices (31 to 33) arranged at each process of a production line, a repeater (20) connecting the plurality of devices (31 to 33) through a dedicated line (40), a server (50) connected to the repeater (20) through an in-house intranet (80) and a plurality of terminal devices (61 to 65) connected to the server (50) through the in-house intranet (80). The repeater (20) collects information about an operating state from each of the devices (31 to 33) and performs preprocessing to display the operating state of the production line in images. The server (50) acquires preprocessed information from the repeater (20), generates image information to display the operating state of the production line in images and distributes the image information to the respective terminal devices (61 to 65).
