Abstract:
PURPOSE: To track a front curved surface half mold, a rear curved surface half mold and a mold assembly of a contact lens by arranging a control device for generating process status information on identified respective pallets in the shape of a refusal flag when this process condition is out of a predetermined range by receiving a process condition value in respective process units.
CONSTITUTION: Storage devices 104a, b, c are respectively arranged in respective PLC(programmable logical controllers) 102a, b, c. In the storage devices, the respective PLCs have address indicating capacity and storage capacity suitable for accessing to data in the shape of time information and process condition status information or processing this. That is, the process condition status information is used for judging whether a product placed on a specific pallet is an acceptable product or a defective. When judged that this product is a defective, this pallet becomes unacceptable by a proper means arranged in a pallet system 10.
